Newly born Chinese baby flushed down the toilet!

This happened in China according to daily mail. A woman heard cries of a baby coming from inside a toilet pipe and she called the emergency services.

There was a suggestion that the mother of the boy was't expecting to give birth at that time. Meaning the birth was unexpected so he was flushed down the toilet by mistake! I am not a mother yet but with what i have heard, labor pain is definitely different from other pains. Also a premature baby can not survive this conditions, ,meaning the baby was full term. So mean I don't believe the mistake story.

Yahoo news also reported that the supposed mother, who had hidden her pregnancy phoned her landlord, claiming she heard "weird noises" in the pipe.
Firefighters had to remove the pipe, reported to be 10cm (three inches) in diameter, and take it to a nearby hospital, where doctors carefully cut around it to rescue the baby inside. They spent nearly an hour taking the tube apart piece by piece with  pliers and saws and finally recovered the 5lb (2.3kg) boy, whose placenta
was still attached. From the time he was found until when he was taken out, the baby was stuck in the tube for two to three hours, according to the policeman who didn't want to be named.
The baby is said to be stable enough to go home now ( He had a skull fracture)  but mother is still in serious conditions due to complications during delivery.

I heard that China have strict family planning rules too, something like you are not allowed more than one child? or one child is more valuable than the other?

What a cruel world!  The police are still investigating sha, I shall be interested in the outcome.
