Labrinth falls at a gig stunt!

Ooops Labrinth (Real name Timothy McKenzie)’s ego must have been bruised when he tried to ‘crowd surf’ and the impromptu stunt went dramatically wrong.

He expected the crowd at the gig to catch him when he threw himself from the stage during a performance of his hit song "Earthquake" at University of Kent summer ball.

People usually catch musicians when they do this but when 24-year-old rap singer fell onto the crowd at the gig on Saturday after shouting the lyric ‘Labrinth, come in!’ the fans at the front row were not ready for him and buckled under his weight.

Nasser Naoum,19, one of the students who filmed the singer’s fall, compared the stunt to a ‘superman-like dive'.
Eyewitnesses reported that dozens of drunk and confused students were lying around on the concrete floor as a result of the incident.
Bouncers were quick to rescue the star, who finished his performance after he was pulled out of the crowd.
The ambulance crew were also not called to the venue, which means no one was hurt.
