Miracle baby while training for half Marathon

Ok, This is not the first time I am hearing that ladies get pregnant and not know for a few months
but for 35 weeks! How is that possible? No Tiredness, dizzyness, period changes,
 mood swings? Na wa o.

Trish Staine from Minnesota just thought she was experiencing severe back pain after running nine miles, but it turns out she was in fact 35 weeks pregnant and ready for labour! I bet pregnancy will be the last thing on her list or even not be there at all because her husband  has had a vasectomy. (Male Sterilization)

Please continue

The 33-year-old mother was training to half a marathon and had gone for her  typical training run on Sunday morning when she began to suffer stiffness in her lower back. She assumed the pain would subside, so she had a lie down, ran a bath and took painkillers.
When the pain got considerably worse She said‘I felt like I was dying’,  and her husband called an ambulance. It was at the hospital where staff told Patricia  they had detected a foetal heartbeat and she was rushed into labour, giving birth to a healthy 6-pound (2.7kg)baby girl just minutes after being admitted.

The couple named the baby  Mira – short for Miracle (Nice name, Mira sounds cool :) ) and said she took them by surprise considering he had been sterilized and not only that, the wife had continued having periods and she hadn’t put on any weight  (How lucky) she told reporters she had ‘no idea’ she was pregnant.

“She didn’t gain any weight”. “Her face was even thinner.”
Culled from Yahoo news

Ok then, I've not been pregnant before but have heard alot of horror stories about pregnant ladies and the changes that comes with it.
Even the fittest of them, i remember scanning a physiotherapist, she was mega fit ! 3 months pregnant and said she noticed she was always tired and missed her periods too that's why she decided to come to hospital.

So how on earth is this possible. When you are pregnant, how do you still have periods, ok for a month or two (Spotting as they call it) yes but  proper periods for 7-8months?
Could she not feel the baby kicking?

This one pass me o
Congrats by the way, stress free pregnancy abi?
