Well for someone like me that works shift, its gonna be a whole lotta wahala.
People in Barnsley have had to put up with this new people that calls themselves Friday Apostles!
Basically they chant and "pray in the woods" they call it "wilderness" disturbing the peace of the neighborhood.
There is freedom to practice your religion in this county but don't you think this is taking it too far?
Who on earth will be praying in the woods, early in the morning when people are still sleeping? All in the name of practicing a religion. One person doing your quiet time yes but a group of people all dressed in white robes chanting out loud? And it not the "wilderness" people actually live around those treeeees!
Mr Radzokota, known as Father Isaiah, said the group didn’t really have a choice but to pray outdoors, because they have no building to worship in. 'As we do not have a permanent place to worship in Barnsley, we sometimes carry our early morning prayers in the wilderness.
'In Africa, all our church members carry out their services in the open space, commonly called wilderness, because by praying in the wilderness we are close to nature and God,' he said.
I don't know which part of African he came from but this is not Africa, if you are in Africa you can do what you want but this is not you country, respect people with no religion and people who simply want to enjoy their morning rests. Get yourself a hall and pray and shout all you want and stop disturbing people's peace.
Talk about taking it too far, this is it. Look closely at the first picture a lady is seen yawning there, that should tell you something.

I just came across this blog entry and I was wondering what is the problem with what they are doing ??? Is it because they are doing what they believe. Remember everyone was given free will and they have the freedom of expression (just like how you have freely expressed your opinion and how I am doing so now).
You talk about this being not their country yet from what I can tell your ancestors did not originate from this country either, so you are calling the kettle black. If people want to pray in the woods let them, the woods aren't being used nearly enough, why let nature go to waste. There are other people who make just as much noise when playing their music out loud early in the morning.
It seems that society has taken to undermine any type of religious groups well unfortunately they will always be there regardless.
I don't see anything wrong, I can sympathise because of the noise. We are always told to fight for what we believe and they are simply doing what they believe what is right. My question is have you ever approached them to maybe understand their ways ???
My dearest sister I thought really? When I saw your blog. There are a lot of people killed by people in the name of religion but you see it fit to negatively comment about those in white robes.please dear if they say that are praying and preaching the word to those who are thirsty who are you to argue it stop them.please chinekewoo read Revelations chapter7 you shall see those in white robes are the only ones who are going to survive the great tribulation. If I were you I would repent and join The African Apostolic Church (mwazha) . They congregate in Sheffield at methodist church every Saturday 10.30 to 3.30pm in s2 area.all people will run to this chyrch ciz this is the last church before tribulation. Consider yourself a very blessed because now you know. What do they say? Knowledge is power. Talk about out of topic, in a beauty blog?
What were you doing in the woods yourself at that time when you saw them. You should rejoice that those people are praying. Nowadays, the world is filled with so much evil and there you are,, complaining that people are praying to God for peace in the World. Have you stopped and asked your self,, the good that is coming through these prayers.have you not switchedvon your TV and watched the news every day about so much hate towards people. Have you not heard daily about murders, terrors happening in our World. Where are you from yourself,, this is God's World and that means we all possess the world. Get a life and go and get Baptised. And go and write something meaningfull, not this petty issue of people doing what they believe.

Where can I purchase the robes that the majority of both, men and the women in this photo are wearing?? I stand at 6'2, and the cut/design (especially the bell-sleeves), are precisely what I have been looking for, and for a good while. I do plan to go to New Orleans to meet the Mambo of whom I hope can/will initiate me. Hopefully sooner than later, but if it is later than I would like, I'm pulling for Saint John's Day in June of 2018. Can anyone please lead me I into the direction for me to get this beautiful robe? We are Voodoo/Voudou Practioners,and if you would allow yourself to be educated on our religion, you would know that the majority of us in this illustratious religion are either Roman Catholics, and/or do not practice our religion without the Supreme Creator and The Holy Saints. Forgive me for being rude, (although you have already established that point on your own),but whether you're black or white, is not relavent. I am a white,transgender female,and you proved a point that we TRY to get through to you, and your hateful kind over and over, but it's caused us to simply give up. Our faith is based on Love,and it is your kind of attitude towards us that have caused us to go underground,Madame. You are in dire need of education for your OWN faith. How can another "Christian" cast such a stone?? We have been helping and healing any,and all who need so. This is nothing new under the sun, I assure you.
