Our Nigerian brothers are at it again!

They are never in the news for anything good. *sighs*

A Nigerian guy  chose walk down aisle with a woman he had met only once before Jayeola Abiola, 29, is a Leeds University masters student and only first saw Portuguese 'bride' Vania Pinheiro-Fernandes, 29, at the dress rehearsal and  even struggled  to pronounce her name!
Best Man

His visa was probably running out and he wanted to stay in the country and the only way to go about it is by getting married to an EU citizen or British citizen, or get a  permanent job that pays more than 20k per annum.

Fixer!
I don't know where he got his confidence from really, to think he was going to get away with a bogus wedding like this. The guy no try at all, at least know the girl you want to marry for papers. ( I suppose it won't be arrangee anymore then).

UK Border Agency officers had been tipped off (Only God knows by whom) and he was arrested before he even made it into building.

Na wa o, now he is in trouble, the girl is in trouble (both in custody), the best man Ayodeji Abbis 25,  the man that linked them together Abiola Kumoye, 34 (both being granted bail).

Meanwhile there are plenty ladies (British citizens) in the UK with no boyfriend let alone husband,
but dem no dey gree on time, their yanga too plenty and in the end they end up with no man.

Ladies, I am begging you and its for your own sake as well, loosen up for the brothers at least a little bit. Now i am not saying you should take rubbish from them o, but please don't give them too much hassle, hen!
Stop looking for the perfect man! its too late I have him!
I'm joking o, there is no such thing as a perfect man. Are u perfect? Maybe you should ask your friends, they  will tell you your shortcomings....thats if they are your friends.

So help a brother out, loosen up a bit and to the brothers, if you are going to marry someone at least know theeeeem!

:)

The person who wrote this article and tagged me as the groom is an idiot.

First your story is based on an article published by daily mail,I understand it is a blog but you need to get your facts right.I was not the groom as shown in your picture but for legal reasons I won't say much more.I apologise for calling you an idiot in my previous comment. It is highly damaging to label me as the groom and it is chargeable as Libel.I enjoy your blog but please get your facts right it is very important.

Rejoinder
The picture on this blogpost was labelled incorrectly in error, it has now been fixed. It is not a case of Libel. The truth of the matter is that this actually happened and it was published on daily mail and we wrote our opinion on it without any prejudice.
